Last night’s draw interrupted Juve’s club record run of 12 consecutive Serie A victories. “It’s a shame, as we wanted to keep winning, especially coming back to Rome three days after the Coppa Italia defeat to Roma,” he told Sky Sport Italia.http://markting10.nl/ “We had great character and kept believing in ourselves. It’s a pity that our tempo was too slow when we were 11 against 11, then with 10 it brought out our character. “In the Buffon red card, two and a half years ago I had a similar incident against Inter and the goalkeeper wasn’t sent off, so I was asking the referee what the difference was. “It’s a sign for us, that we are alive and kicking and always want to reach the result.”http://www.goal.com/en/results-standings/69/italy-serie-a/table?ICID=SP_TN_111 Condividi questo messaggio Link di questo messaggio Condividi su altri siti

Most teams would have accepted their fate and the result, having been forced to play with only ten men for the majority of the match. But not Juventus. They desperately wanted that 13th consecutive league victory and did all they could to accomplish it and further demonstrate the winning mentality that Antonio Conte has managed to give the Old Lady. Sadly for them, the run has ended; a 1-1 draw was all they managed in the Stadio Olimpico on Saturday night against Lazio.http://markting10.nl/ What a different Lazio side we saw play, one that possessed none of Vladimir Petkovic's timidity but all of the squad's ferocity. Prior to Petkovic's dismissal, we witnessed a side that was inaccurate with their passing, suffering from a psychological meltdown and incapable of finishing off any good goalscoring opportunities. What we have seen under new manager Edy Reja is a side more willing to fight, that maintained concentration and displayed more confidence on the pitch. Of course, also having Miroslav Klose back playing consistently has made all the difference. The forward continuously put the Bianconeri back-line in danger as he provoked and pounced on every error. His predatory nature coupled with his timely runs forward exposed the vulnerability in the Bianconeri defence and demonstrated just how important he is in guiding Lazio back to winning ways, even if his finishing needs some work. The Biancocelesti opted to play a cautious game initially, closing up gaps and intercepting Juve's passes to win back possession and block vertical penetration. Showing no real urgency to impose their own style of play, it took Klose's runs to change the game. In the first instance, Gianluigi Buffon was forced into demonstrating his footballing skills when he attempted to keep the ball away from Klos. But when the German managed to get past defender Angelo Ogbonna in the 24th minute, Buffon brought the striker down and was shown the red card.http://markting10.nl/ A penalty was conceded and Antonio Candreva scored while Juventus were forced to sacrifice Kwadwo Asamoah to bring on Marco Storari. Remarkably, going down a man inspired Juventus and they started to play a marginally better game in their new 3-4-2 formation, 3-5-1 when not in possession. Despite dominating possession, the decision to play long balls and look for Fernando Llorente by bypassing the midfield tended to frustrate. Often it led to the side losing possession and allowing Lazio the opportunity to work their way back forward, even if they too struggled to keep hold of the ball. One of the few times Juventus actually worked their way up intelligently, relying on short vertical passes, they managed the equaliser. The move was spectacular, the runs superb and Llorente's finish was outstanding. He may not always delight for the entirety of the match, but there's little anyone can do to stop his head from accomplishing the magical. The equaliser aside, the Spaniard's ability to use his strength to hold the ball up allows Juventus the right to play in the final third and continuously construct goal scoring opportunities to push forward.http://markting10.nl/ The second half saw a more determined Bianconeri side, but Lazio never gave up, even if they struggled to make their numerical superiority count. What was interesting was how Juventus' midfielders alternated their roles. Despite taking on the Andrea Pirlo role, we regularly saw that Claudio Marchisio was allowed to make runs forward into the box and press for the ball high up the pitch while Pogba adopted a deeper position than all of the midfielders. We also saw Pogba dribbling forward as Marchisio kept an eye on the defence with Arturo Vidal contributing in all areas of the pitch. Speaking of midfield combinations, Reja deserves credit for making the Cristian Ledesma and Lucas Biglia partnership work, something Petkovic struggled with earlier in the season. With both directors focusing on closing down lanes and distributing the ball, they managed the job well, even if Reja concedes that there is room for improvement. This wasn't the best we've seen from Juventus and concerns have been raised as to how vulnerable the side look when it comes to defending set-pieces. However, this match also demonstrated the side's mental strength and the ambition the players still possess despite all that they have won. It wasn't the victory they wanted, but it was a valuable point achieved nonetheless.http://www.goal.com/en/results-standings/69/italy-serie-a/table?ICID=SP_TN_111 Condividi questo messaggio Link di questo messaggio Condividi su altri siti

Jan 26, 2014 Lazio coach Edy Reja says that Juventus are such a difficult team to face because of unstoppable players like Fernando Llorente.http://markting10.nl/ The Spain international earned the Bianconeri a 1-1 draw on Saturday with a looping header, after Lazio had moved into the lead through an Antonio Candreva penalty following Gianluigi Buffon's foul on Miroslav Klose and subsequent dismissal. Reja acknowledged how formidable the visitors still looked even when down to 10 men, praising his team's spirit for battling the Turin giants to a stalemate. "The trouble is with Llorente it doesn’t matter how you mark him, he’s going to get the header, so you need to double up and protect the knockdown," the 68-year-old told reporters after the game at the Stadio Olimpico.http://markting10.nl/ "Juventus bypassed our midfield and started to send balls in for Llorente that were very dangerous. They are very talented and at a very high level, so it was not easy even against 10. "We reacted very well. Klose had two or three good chances and I had hoped we would win. We were a little unlucky to hit the woodwork twice.http://markting10.nl/ "Perhaps we should’ve done better on the counterattack. But Marco Storari also performed some extraordinary saves.” Reja, who led the capital outfit between 2010 and 2012, returned to his post following the departure of Vladimir Petkovic in January. Jan 26, 2014 Antonio Conte has praised Carlos Tevez for the versatility he displayed in Juventus' 1-1 Serie A draw at Lazio on Saturday evening.http://markting10.nl/ The reigning champions were reduced to 10 men midway through the first half as goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon was dismissed for a foul on Miroslav Klose and Conte was pleased with the role Tevez played as the Italian champions eventually recorded a hard-fought draw. "With the dismissal of Buffon, Tevez was temporarily used in a wide left position, but returned to the front in the closing stages," Conte told Sky Sport Italia. "Tevez did well in the second half to go left when needed to stem Lazio’s attacks, then I moved him back next to Llorente for a 3-4-2.http://markting10.nl/ "This squad has players who can take different roles, but generally not ones who sit in front of the defence. Now we need to have belief, take things one game at a time and look forward.http://markting10.nl/ “Is there more pressure because we've not been getting results? We play for Inter, there's always pressure and it's worse when you don't win games. The lads are doing well.” The Nerazzurri face Juventus away this Sunday evening. “The Coach always says to us: we need to take things one match at a time and see where we are come the end.http://markting10.nl/ “Are Juve always a frightening prospect, especially at home? We know Juventus are an excellent side who score a lot of goals, they hit three against big teams like Napoli and Roma, but I think the match will always be 11 against 11, and we need to fight for every ball. “What's the right approach? We need to be aware that Juve will go out all guns blazing because that's what they always do, but we need to play like we did at San Siro. We need to stay calm and play football.” The defender was asked of the prospect of new arrivals on deadline day in the transfer window.http://markting10.nl/ “That's up to the club to decide, if someone comes in who can help us, so much the better. “Do I have anything to say to Hernanes? Feb 1, 2014 Juventus and Inter will contest the 162nd Derby d'Italia in Turin on Sunday having endured contrasting fortunes in recent weeks.http://markting10.nl/ The hosts sit six points clear of Roma at the top of Serie A and, despite being held to a 1-1 draw against Lazio last time out, are on course for a third straight Scudetto. Inter, meanwhile, are 23 points off the title pace, having accrued just eight from their last nine games. Antonio Conte's men had won 12 league games on the bounce before the Lazio result and they remain unbeaten at home in the Italian top flight since January last year.http://markting10.nl/ Visiting sides have found trips to the Juventus Stadium tough, with the Bianconeri having conceded just six goals in 10 games, scoring 30 in the process. Juve's attacking threat has been further improved by the addition of Southampton striker Pablo Daniel Osvaldo, who joined on loan from Southampton on Friday. The Italy international scored 27 Serie A goals during his spell at Roma and bolsters a forward line that already features Carlos Tevez and Fernando Llorente.http://markting10.nl/ Inter, often a title rival to Juventus in years gone by, have endured a tough start to the year, failing to win any of their five games in 2014, leaving them fifth in Serie A. As well as crashing out of the Coppa Italia to Udinese, Walter Mazzarri's side have tasted defeat in league matches against Lazio and Genoa, while only managing home draws against Catania and Chievo. Inter could hand a debut to recent arrivals Danilo D'Ambrosio and Hernanes, who have arrived from Torino and Lazio, respectively.http://markting10.nl/ Captain Gianluigi Buffon is suspended for Juventus due to his dismissal against Lazio, while Inter midfielder Esteban Cambiasso is likely to miss clash due to a hamstring injury. Juventus have won 76 of the sides' 161 meetings, with 40 games ending in draws - the most recent of which being a 1-1 stalemate at San Siro in September. The result may have ended their winning series but they remain unbeaten in the League since their 4-2 defeat away to Fiorentina in mid-October. Gianluigi Buffon saw red for the visitors after 24 minutes, with Antonio Candreva dispatching the resulting penalty past substitute Marco Storari in the Juve goal. Fernando Llorente came to La Vecchia Signora’s rescue, salvaging a point with his 60th minute effort, and Coach Antonio Conte was pleased with his side’s resolve after they went down to 10 men.http://markting10.nl/ “We have shown why we are top of the table,” Conte mused. “We try to instil a winning mentality, the players rose to the occasion and demonstrated that they are men.” Juventus will be without two key figures on Sunday evening, as Giorgio Chiellini is still sidelined with a thigh problem, and Buffon will serve the first of a three-match suspension following his sending-off against the Aquile. Welcoming fifth placed Inter, who have only scored one goal and are without a win since the turn of the year, will the Old Lady of Turin succumb to an unlikely defeat?http://markting10.nl/ The Beneamata arrive on the back of a 0-0 stalemate at home to bottom side Catania, an outcome which was as much thanks to the brilliance of Elefanti ‘keeper Alberto Frison as it was to the profligacy of the Biscione strikers. Nerazzurro tactician Walter Mazzarri was left ruing missed opportunities as a troubled week in Lombardy culminated in a result which now leaves the Milanese giants looking nervously over their shoulders, with Torino, Parma and Hellas Verona all in close pursuit. “It was as though we were playing behind closed doors, there was no enthusiasm at the stadium,” he lamented. “When we could have scored we didn’t, and there wasn’t a turning point.”http://markting10.nl/ Due to new signing Danilo D’Ambrosio having suffered a thigh injury, Inter will be unable to call on the former Torino full-back for this match, and Esteban Cambiasso has also been ruled out after picking up a hamstring strain against Catania, although Brazilian midfielder Hernanes could make his first appearance in Nerazzurri colours following his recent move from Lazio.Keep an eye on: Arturo Vidal (Juventus) – The 26-year-old box-to-box midfielder recently declared himself to be the best in the world in his role, and this may not be far from the truth, with the Chilean in such outstanding form so far this term - 10 goals, five assists and five man of the match performances in 21 appearances for the Italian champions has understandably attracted the interest of some of the continent’s most prestigious clubs. You can expect him to cut an imposing figure on Sunday evening, as he looks to dominate the midfield battle against his Inter counterparts.http://markting10.nl/ Form Guide: Juventus (W W W W D) Inter (W L D L D) Last season: Juventus 1-3 Inter Stat fact: Since the 2002-03 campaign, this fixture has been contested on 10 occasions, with an average of 2.4 goals being scored per game. Feb 1, 2014 Inter midfielder Ricky Alvarez has hailed the arrival of Hernanes from Lazio, backing the Brazilian to be an instant hit at the Giuseppe Meazza.http://markting10.nl/ The Brazilian joined on deadline day in a €20 million deal, and Alvarez believes the 28-year-old will bring qualities that will make a big difference to Walter Mazzari's side. "He's a great player, he can play in many roles in midfield. He's someone who could make a difference in any team," he told La giornalaccio rosa Dello Sport. Inter face runaway Serie A leaders Juventus on Sunday looking to repeat their famous 3-1 victory in November 2012 which brought the Bianconeri's 49-game unbeaten run to an end.http://markting10.nl/ While Alvarez admits his side have undergone significant changes since that victory, he maintains Inter are far closer to Juventus' standard than the current 23-point gap in the Serie A standings suggests. "I don't think so [that the gap is significant]. They've played together for three years. We have changed coaches and changed systems. We are at the beginning of a project that can give us great satisfaction.http://markting10.nl/ "That match [in 2012] was one of the best in recent years, but it belongs in the past. That’s not for me to say. Are we the underdogs? I don’t worry about that either. If we do everything at the top level, then we can challenge anyone. The result comes from many things and we have to focus on the performance.http://markting10.nl/ “The statistics show the Juventus Stadium helps them to get good results and they always have a strong start on home turf. It is a factor and we considered every element, but as I always say we have to ultimately concentrate on our own football. That is the recipe for success. “The Bianconeri might seem unbeatable on home turf, but we are fired up and hope to have a great game. I hope some incidents will also go in our favour. We haven’t always had the results we deserved this season. “Juventus can vary their approach from game to game, situation to situation. We worked hard all week and took everything into consideration. We are prepared for anything.”http://markting10.nl/ Hernanes and Danilo D’Ambrosio arrived on transfer deadline day, but the ex-Lazio midfielder is not available because the bank guarantees needed to push the move through have not yet cleared. “I had prepared the game with the players at my disposal anyway, so this isn’t an issue. The club owners are sending signals, trying to do something for June, and from here to the end of the season I will evaluate all the players at my disposal. “I consider Hernanes to be a player who can take many midfield roles and he has matured over time. I wanted players who could recover the ball and know how to start moves. He can be a central midfielder or a trequartista, a complete player with an excellent left foot. Feb 1, 2014 Walter Mazzarri is fearing the worse ahead of Sunday's Derby d'Italia and thinks there is "no point" in suggesting Inter will beat Juventus.http://markting10.nl/ The Bianconeri have won all of their games in Turin this season and are on course to defend their league crown with a six-point lead at the top of Serie A. In stark contrast, the Nerazzurri are yet to win a single game in 2014 and Mazzarri says the only way his team stand a chance in Turin against Antonio Conte's reigning champions is by maintaining focus. "If Juventus are yet to drop any points in Turin this season it means their stadium is a big help for them," the 52-year-old told reporters.http://markting10.nl/ "We'll do well to remember what sort of influence it can have. So far they've shown no weaknesses on their own patch. I'm just thinking about playing the best we can. "There's no point making making bold statements before the game. We'll see tomorrow if we're capable of producing the sort of performance needed for a match like this. "If we do everything the way we should, we can give anyone a game."http://markting10.nl/ Inter's relationship with Juve soured during the January transfer window when new Nerazzurri chief Erick Thohir attempted to swap Fredy Guarin with Mirko Vucinic, before a fan backlash caused him to pull the plug on the deal at the last minute. However, the Milan-based giants were active late in the month, with the signings of Hernanes and Danilo D'Ambrosio, and Mazzarri hopes the new faces can give his side a necessary boost. "Hernanes is a player who can play in the hole or further back - anywhere in midfield really," the coach continued. "He's a versatile, all-round player who can shoot from range and take a tidy free kick.http://markting10.nl/ "As for D'Ambrosio, I hope he can become an even better footballer by playing in my system. It's nice to know that he was so determined to come to Inter. "The club sent out a message to others during the transfer window. We've tried to do things that can be useful going forward. Socrates 8430 Joined: 04-Apr-2006 134012 messaggi Inviato February 2, 2014 JUVENTUS - INTER February 2, 2014 - 8:45 PM Juventus Stadium — Turin Referee: Gianluca Rocchi Juventus vs. Inter Milan Preview: Round 22 — Sunday night fireworks in Turin? Feb 1, 2014 For the first time in a month, we can solely concentrate on the football on the field, not what is going on in the transfer market. It's not like Juventus' January was filled with a ton of transfer activity anyways. There were rumors, sure, but that was always going to happen even if Juve needed to add a bunch to their squad.http://markting10.nl/ So now we get to drop the transfer talk and focus on what matters the most — what's going to take place on the field, not in the transfer rumor mills. And who do we get to welcome to Juventus Stadium on a fine Sunday evening? Ah, right. Those guys from Milan. Juventus playing is always a big deal. Why? Well, because it's Juventus against Inter. There you have it. Inside information at its finest, ladies and gentlemen. You want find that kind of insight anywhere else, people.http://markting10.nl/ Okay, so maybe it's not exactly breaking news that Juventus and Inter don't like each other one bit. And that's even before all of this Mirko Vucinic and Fredy Guarin transfer drama we've been hearing about for the past two weeks or so. Sunday's Derby d'Italia could be looked at as a meeting of good against evil. I'd like to think of it that way in some aspects. But what it also means is the renewing of a rivalry that doesn't need much outside reasoning else to get amped for. Throw out the form guide, throw out the league positioning. Juventus vs. Inter is Juventus vs. Inter. It's one rival against another. Or, maybe, it really is good against evil, the backbone of the Italian national team against anything but that.http://markting10.nl/ You win this one and you're feeling pretty good about yourself after the final whistle sounds. That's why I'd like Juve to this one. Like usual, it's just a helpful suggestion for Antonio Conte and his crew to take in. It's not like they really need it, though. I'm pretty sure they have a grasp on what they're doing.http://markting10.nl/ GOOD NEWS Juventus unbeaten streak update: 13 games, 35 goals scored, 5 goals allowed. This has been a Juventus unbeaten streak update.BAD NEWS Juventus don't have a winning streak anymore following their second trip to the Italian capital in a weeks time. Not that collecting a draw last weekend against Lazio was the worst thing in the world, but you never like to see a winning streak. At least they haven't lost a Serie A game since the third week of October. I guess that's still pretty cool when you think about it all.http://markting10.nl/ WHAT TO WATCH FOR 1. Does Antonio Conte stick with Claudio Marchisio or go back to Andrea Pirlo? It's not often you even think about this question when Pirlo is healthy and available to start on any given weekend. Unpopular opinion may be to go with Marchisio because of the other option that's available — that Pirlo fella. But you look at how Pirlo has played of late compared to how Marchisio has adapted to his new role as a regista and it makes you think. Or, it's at least made me think a little bit. Just about every Italian media outlet is saying that Marchisio will make way in the starting lineup for Pirlo, who has started from the bench in the last two league games so that he could play against Roma in the Coppa Italia. Let's just hope that the extra rest pays off this time compared to when Juve were dumped out of the Coppa two weeks ago.http://markting10.nl/ 2. Can Fernando Llorente keep the good times going? Yes, yes he can. The first month of 2014 was pretty darn good for Llorente. How good? This good... Four games played, four games starter, four goals scored I'd say that's pretty good. Llorente has certainly started the new year with a bang. I feel pretty safe in saying that he's playing the best ball of his young Juventus career at the moment. That's never a bad thing for a player of Llorente's caliber. He has quickly risen up the league's scoring list as a result of his hot January. One more goal and he'd give Juventus their third double-digit goal scorer of the year with a little less than half the season left to be played. That not only says something about how well Juve have played during the current unbeaten run, but also just how much Llorente has settled into life in Serie A after having to wait his turn.http://markting10.nl/ 3. Can Juventus' back three get back to being their dominant selves? The foundation of Juve's success over the past three months has been their defense getting back to what we've come to expect of them the last couple of years. That means shutouts. Lots and lost of shutouts. But there's been something missing from Juventus in their last three league games. Care to take a guess? Yeah, it's been a shutout. Allowing four goals in a three-game span might not be a big deal to some, but when you're a team that thrives on its insanely good goal differential, it's quite the contrary. Maybe it's because of the shuffling of the lineup in recent weeks, who knows. But Inter have talent leading the line, and keeping them quiet will probably mean three points for Juve.http://markting10.nl/ 4. Juventus' wingbacks against Inter's wingbacks. Going up against a team that also plays a three-man defense isn't as much of a foreign concept as it used to be in Italy. But before it became Serie A's latest fad, Conte and Walter Mazzarri were using a variation of the three-man backline on a regular basis. And what does that mean? Relying on your wingbacks for a lot of service into the box. For Juventus, that means Stephan Lichtsteiner and Kwadwo Asamoah will again be key to the Old Lady's success.http://markting10.nl/ 5. How Marco Storari plays between the sticks. There's something about being a backup goalkeeper that is fascinating. Outside of the Coppa Italia, Storari can go months without appearing in an official game, which is nothing new to him considering who is Juve's undoubted No. 1 in goal. But with Gigi Buffon suspended due to the red card he picked up against Lazio, Storari is getting one of those rare chances to play from the start in a league match. And if he's anything close to the keeper that came on and made a couple of huge saves against Lazio, then things will be pretty okay. I wouldn't be opposed to that.My starting XI (3-5-2): Storari; Barzagli, Bonucci, Chiellini; Lichtsteiner, Vidal, Pirlo, Pogba, Asamoah; Llorente, Tevez OFFICIAL STARTING TIME: 8:45 P.M. This upcoming derby will be no different, with an epic transfer failure between the two sides leading to all sorts of communiques, announcements, and press releases blaming the failure on the other team.http://markting10.nl/ Though it was Inter who ended up scuppering the move, they also instigated it. Inter directors (who it was is anyone’s guess, given the convoluted hierarchy at the club) approached Juventus offering a straight swap- want away midfielder Freddy Guarin for Mirko Vucinic. Inter coach Walter Mazzarri was desperate for a new striker, with young superstars Mauro Icardi and Ishak Belfodil failing to make any impact at the club, aside from Icardi’s daily presence in the tabloids. Juventus agreed to the swap. While many rumored acquiring Guarin meant _____ [Pogba, Vidal, Marchisio, Pirlo, pick whichever depending on what day you read this] was certainly out the door, it’s just as likely that signing Guarin would have fulfilled Conte’s wishes for a thoroughly deep midfield that could compete with the likes of European elites, like Bayern Munich or Barcelona. A decade ago, the move might very well have gone through, but the power of social media manifested itself again. Word leaked out about the negotiations, and Inter fans rapidly organized to protest selling one of their best players to a much better team. The tactic worked – Guarin had refused to leave Juve’s headquarters and Vucinic had already prepared for Inter medicals, but new Inter president Erick Thohir announced negotiations collapsed – the deal was dead.http://markting10.nl/ Inter announced on their website that the deal had failed due to lacking the “necessary technical and financial conditions” but Juventus quickly retorted, stating the exchange collapsed due to “a lack of seriousness.” It did seem confusing as to who was running the show at Inter, with directors Branca, Fassone, and club leaders Massimo Moratti and Erick Thohir acting without each others knowledge. The deal came close to materializing again, but the damage had been done. Giuseppe Marotta blasted Inter and indicated future deals would have to be conducted between club Presidents Erick Thorir and Andrea Agnelli, strongly hinting at an impressive level of incompetence among Inter club directors. Inter angrily responded that they were under no obligation to agree to a deal that didn’t suit them, despite their club having proposed the offer. In the end, Inter came out looking like a bunch of unprofessional buffoons. On Juve’s side, the relationship between the Bianconeri and Vucinic was somewhat damaged, with the Montenegrin seemingly eager for a new start in Italy but ultimately had to return to Vinovo at the last second.http://markting10.nl/ JUVENTUS Conte’s men ride into February on a bit of a low note. A defeat and a draw to the Roman sides in the last few weeks has taken a bit of wind out of the sails, but having won 12 league matches in a row, pretty much anything would’ve been a step back short of a Barcelona-style 5-0 mauling. The Bianconeri were bounced out of the Coppa Italia by a narrow 1-0 margin, then drew 1-1 against Lazio, both matches taking place at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome. Juventus has the full squad available – there are no injuries, only Gianluigi Buffon misses the match because of his red card against Lazio. Deputy goalkeeper Marco Storari pulled off some stunning saves against Lazio to keep Juventus in the game, expect his confidence to be high. Aside from Storari, expect what has become Conte’s unquestionable favorite XI with Paul Pogba having displaced Marchisio from the starting lineup.http://markting10.nl/ The curious note will be to see where Mirko Vucinic fits in the team. The club has signed Osvaldo and made no secret it was attempting to offload Mirko, so where does he fall in the pecking order now? La giornalaccio rosa states that only Quagliarella falls behind the Montenegrin, with Tevez, Llorente, Osvaldo, and even Giovinco ahead of him in Conte’s list of strikers. Will he even see the bench?Probable Formation: (3-5-2) Storari – Barzagli, Bonucci, Chiellini – Lichtsteiner, Vidal, Pirlo, Pogba, Asamoah – Llorente, Tevezhttp://markting10.nl/ INTER Last season, Inter won this fixture at the Juventus Stadium, putting an end to the phenomenal 49 unbeaten streak that Conte inaugurated with a 4-1 victory over Parma. Inter aren’t exactly riding into this match with momentum, however. After starting the league campaign with 4 wins in 5 matches (a home draw against Juve were the only dropped points) the Nerazzurri have incredibly only won one match since early November, 1-0 derby victory over Milan. This decline, partnered with the inevitable Walter Mazzarri complaints about refereeing, has seen the club slip to 5th place, only 1 point ahead of Torino, Parma, and Verona. With only two goals scored in the last 5 matches, it’s no surprise that Mazzarri requested a striker in January, which is why the club was attempting to swap Vucinic for Guarin. In true Inter fashion, Guarin’s replacement ended up arriving – Hernanes from Lazio, though he will be unavailable to play against Juventus. Inter actually offloaded one of their young strikers to Livorno. Yet Guarin unhappily remains.http://markting10.nl/ Mazzarri won’t be happy about ending the mercato with one less striker than he had before, but someone will have to score if they have any hope of winning. Based on how their goals have been scored this season, it’s up to either Freddy Guarin, who might not even play, or Rodrigo Palacio. The former Genoa striker has bagged over 25% of Inter’s total league goals this season, but has only scored 1 goal in the last 2 months. It was around 2 months ago when Inter’s goals starting drying up – but on both ends. Mazzarri was famous for defensively stingy sides both at Napoli and Sampdoria, but Inter conceded 4 to Napoli and 3 to Parma in early December in matches that they scored 2 and 3 goals, respectively. Since then, they’ve tightened up considerably with only 0.6 goals allowed per game. They’ve only scored 0.4 goals per game in the same period, however.http://markting10.nl/ Given it’s a derby, it’s hard to know what to expect, but both teams come into the match with relatively stingy offenses and defenses. But against Juan Jesus, Rolando, and Campagnaro in defense, you’d bet on either Tevez or Llorente to get a goal. Whether you can say the same about Palacio and Alvarez against Barzagli, Bonucci, and Chiellini is another thing.Probable Formation: (3-5-1-1) Handanovic – Campagnaro, Rolando, Juan Jesus – Jonathan, Kovacic, Kuzmanovic, Taider, Nagotomo – Alvarez, Palaciohttp://www.goal.com/en/results-standings/69/italy-serie-a/table?ICID=SP_TN_111 Condividi questo messaggio Link di questo messaggio Condividi su altri siti

Will the home side complete the double over their rivals or will the Nerazzurri manage to make it two out of two at the Juventus Arena? We preview a hotly anticipated clash between two eternal rivals. With the mercato coming to a close, the focus now returns back to the pitch and how teams around the peninsula can buckle themselves up for an entertaining climax to the campaign. Two teams that will be the center of attention albeit for different reasons are the Nerazzurri and the Old Lady. Can Mazzarri’s men put their acts together and propel themselves towards the top 3 and can the Bianconeri maintain their foothold at the summit of the table? Sunday’s fixture at the Juventus Arena could turn out be a crucial fixture for the visitors as any slip-ups may effectively end any hopes of the Nerazzurri making it among Europe’s elite next season. Juventus, on the other hand could forge ahead even further if second place Roma manage to fluff their lines at home to Parma.http://markting10.nl/ Team NewsJuventus In an otherwise subdued window, the Old Lady did manage to romp in Pablo Osvaldo on loan from Southampton till the end of the season. The Italian goes straight into the squad and must be available for selection for today crunch’s tie. Conte has a near full squad available for selection with only Gianluigi Buffon missing out due to suspension courtesy of the red card received against Lazio which means Marco Storari will start only his second game of the season thus far. Chiellini, Barzagli and Bonucci will form the three man defense in front of Storari, with Lichsteiner on the right and Asamoah on the left. The home side have been relatively economical in terms of conceding goals and will hope to continue their good run of form. Andrea Pirlo, Arturo Vidal and Paul Pogba are expected to continue their partnership in midfield with the Italian pull strings from deep. The Italian will pull strings from deep and the duo of Pogba and Vidal will look to do their share of work at both ends of the pitch. Carlos Tevez and Fernando Llorente should start up-top as the partnership strikes the perfect balance between the mobility of the Argentine and the physicality of the Spaniard.Expected Starting Line-Up - Storari ; Barzagli - Bonucci - Chiellini; Lichsteiner - Pogba - Pirlo - Vidal - Asamoah; Tevez - Llorentehttp://markting10.nl/ Internazionale In a move to add to the creative options in midfield, Erik Thohir dished out a rather hefty 20 million for Brazilian play-maker Hernanes who joins the Nerazzurri after four successful years with Lazio. The 28 year old is fit and available for selection but it is unlikely that Walter Mazzarri will use his latest recruit from the outset. Esteban Cambiasso remains sidelined with injury whereas Fredy Guarin has one foot out of the club hence restricting options in midfield for the Italian tactician. Samir Handanovic will start in goal with Campagnaro, Rolando and Juan Jesus expected to form the back three. Barring any late injury, Jonathan should start ahead of the other new signing D’Ambrosio with Yuto Nagatomo starting on the opposite flank. Saphir Taider and Zdavrko Kuzmanovic are expected to continue their partnership at the heart of midfield alongside Ricardo Alvarez who will play a more liberal role in an advanced position. The Argentine duo of Rodrigo Palacio and Diego Millito are likely to make up the front two for the visitors.Expected Starting Line-up – Handanovic; Jonathan; Campagnaro; Rolando; Juan Jesus; Nagatomo; Kuzmanovic; Taider; Alvarez; Palacio; Militohttp://markting10.nl/ Player to watch out for Ricardo Alvarez (Inter) The Argentine has arguably been the best player for Walter Mazzarri this season and in the absence of Guarin and Cambiasso in the middle, Alvarez will have all the more responsibility in terms of being the heartbeat of his team’s moves against a compact Juventus midfield tomorrow. Besides the creative aspect of his game, the silky midfielder will also have his work cut out when not in possession as he will probably be required to negate the influence of Andrea Pirlo.Paul Pogba (Juventus) The young French midfielder has been outstanding for the Old Lady this term, nailing down a place in the starting XI ahead of Claudio Marchisio. His dynamism and ability on the ball and off it have been a crucial factor in Juve’s charge at the top and Walter Mazzarri may have to devise something special to keep the midfielder quiet.http://markting10.nl/ Key Facts 1.Juventus have won their last 10 home matches in Serie A. 2.Inter have lost their last 3 away matches in Serie A. 3.Juventus have scored at least 3 goals in 5 of their last 6 home matches in Serie A. 4.There have been over 2.5 goals scored in 5 of Juventus’s last 6 home games in Serie Ahttp://markting10.nl/ PredictionJuventus 1-0 Inter The marquee fixture of the week may well turn out to be a delight to the aesthetics or a battle of two impressive tactical wits. The home side’s superior conditioning and form may well prove to be the decisive factor in them nudging this fixture by the slightest of margins but Walter Mazzarri’s men may well have something to say of their own post a horrendous start to the year. Feb 2, 2014 The Derby d'Italia takes place in Serie A on Sunday as Inter travel to Turin to take on Juventus.http://markting10.nl/ After crashing out of the Coppa Italia against Roma the previous Tuesday, la Vecchia Signora dropped points in the league for the first time in 13 games with a 1-1 draw away to Lazio, but are clear 2/5 (1.40) favourites with Betway to get back to winning ways in this one. Meanwhile, Walter Mazzarri's men are yet to win a game in 2014 and are 13/2 (7.50) outsiders to end that run at the sixth attempt in the champions' back yard. The last two meetings between these sides have resulted in draws, and there are odds of 7/2 (4.50) available on them cancelling each other out for the third match in succession.http://markting10.nl/ This rivalry has a long history as one of the most heated in Italian football and the atmosphere is sure to be particularly tense on Sunday after the Nerazzurri caused controversy by pulling out of a proposed swap deal involving Mirko Vucinic and Fredy Guarin at the last minute. While the suggestion of swapping the influential Guarin for a player that has started just four Serie A games this season was unsurprisingly met with outrage from the Interisti, there is no doubt that their team are in need of some extra firepower given their recent displays. Having started the season in prolific form, the visitors have now hit the back of the net just twice in their last six games, failing to score in any of their previous three games on the road.http://markting10.nl/ This does not bode well when they travel to take on a side who have kept seven clean sheets in their last eight home games in domestic competition, conceding just six goals in 15 Italian matches in total. Having swept aside all comers in their 11 domestic games at Juventus Stadium this season, odds of 13/10 (2.30) are well worth backing on the hosts winning to nil for the eighth time in nine when they take on a team without an away goal to their name in any of their last three consecutive defeats.http://www.goal.com/en/results-standings/69/italy-serie-a/table?ICID=SP_TN_111 Condividi questo messaggio Link di questo messaggio Condividi su altri siti

Feb 2, 2014 Juventus striker Fernando Llorente has pledged to play his first Derby d'Italia as though it were his last.http://markting10.nl/ The 28-year-old was an unused substitute when Antonio Conte's men faced Inter at San Siro in the third game of the Serie A season, while he was initially struggling to break into the Bianconeri starting line-up. Since then, however, Llorente has become a first-choice forward in Turin and is set to play against Inter for the first time as a Juve player on Sunday. "It will be my first Derby d'Italia," the Spaniard wrote on Twitter. "But, for the fans, I'll play it as though it were my last."http://markting10.nl/ Llorente has scored nine times in 18 league games this season, helping the reigning champions procure a six-point lead at the top of the table after 21 matchdays. Roma had a chance to temporarily close the gap with a win at home to Parma, but their clash was suspended due to pitch flooding and Juve can now put nine points between themselves and their nearest rivals.http://www.goal.com/en/results-standings/69/italy-serie-a/table?ICID=SP_TN_111 Condividi questo messaggio Link di questo messaggio Condividi su altri siti

Juventus never give up.” That result did whittle down their lead over Roma to just six points, but Campagnaro doesn’t doubt the title will return to Turin. “They have a good advantage and in the head-to-heads with Roma and Napoli proved they’ve got another gear. They are too much stronger than the rest.http://markting10.nl/ “Carlos Tevez is a truly exceptional player. I faced him earlier this season, last summer in a friendly and in the Champions League for Napoli when he was at Manchester City. You can’t give someone like him a metre, or he’ll always beat you in the one-on-one. “In Italy he confirmed his status as one of the best in the world and is in good company at Juventus with Fernando Llorente.” Inter are an extraordinary 23 points adrift of the Serie A leaders and out of the Coppa Italia.http://markting10.nl/ “We often played better than our opponents, even when the results didn’t arrive, as we dropped points thanks to a mixture of mistakes and negative incidents. We need a great victory to make that step up. “I never had doubts about leaving Napoli for Inter and I absolutely do not regret the decision. Napoli was a unique experience in my life and career, as it was similar to living in South America. “Was I close to joining Juventus over the summer? Let’s just say there was a little something, but I made the best decision for me and signed for Inter.”http://www.goal.com/en/results-standings/69/italy-serie-a/table?ICID=SP_TN_111 Condividi questo messaggio Link di questo messaggio Condividi su altri siti

It's reported the perpetrator has been arrested. “I prefer to think about the game. Above all may sport win and we have a regular game on the pitch,” the Coach told Sky Sport Italia. “Personally, these situations fire me up even more and I hope the players can go from the fear to using that emotion on the field.http://markting10.nl/ “We need a great game, to do something more than Juve and have good luck in the incidents, as you need that against anyone in Italy. That is how things usually progress. I’ve discussed this enough and want to take the tone to a calmer level ahead of this game,” Marotta told Sky Sport Italia. “In this case I felt it important to speak up because Inter named us in their statement and as the two people most damaged by the whole affair were Guarin and Vucinic.http://markting10.nl/ “Inter have made many changes this season and there are difficulties in that situation. The club is prestigious and the Coach talented, so I am sure they will get back to success soon. “Of course a different thing happened to us, as Antonio Conte was able to win the Scudetto in his first season, but that was down to the great work from the Coach and club.” There was trouble before the match, as Inter’s team bus was pelted with rocks on its way to the stadium.http://markting10.nl/ “I don’t know where it happened, but certainly not in the Stadium, so we couldn’t police that area. It’s a shame, of course the club condemns this behaviour. Unfortunately, it is a common problem, as our team bus has windows smashed once every other week. “We lowered the tension, welcomed the visiting directors in the warmest way and are sure it will be a great sporting event.” Marotta was also asked about Osvaldo, who arrived on loan from Southampton, but is not yet available to play.http://markting10.nl/ “We wanted to make the most of any opportunities. Osvaldo arrived on a free loan, so we didn’t pay a single penny, and the player drastically reduced his salary to help the move go through. There is an option to buy at the end of the season for €19m and we have these months to evaluate how he settles in, then can discuss whether there are the terms to sign him permanently. It’s premature to talk about it now. “Our objective was to raise the competition within the squad and the overall quality level. This fixture rolls around just 48 hours after the transfer window closed and the proposed exchange between Mirko Vucinic and Fredy Guarin collapsed. Inter calling that off when Vucinic had already emptied his locker infuriated the Bianconeri and Guarin is still not back in the squad.http://markting10.nl/ The Nerazzurri team bus was pelted with rocks and eggs on its way to the Juventus Stadium with one window cracked. Esteban Cambiasso is injured, so Mateo Kovacic gets a rare start in midfield with new signing Danilo D’Ambrosio ready to come off the bench. Juventus ended their 12-match winning streak in Serie A with a draw against Lazio, though that was achieved when down to 10 men for over an hour. Gianluigi Buffon saw red in that fixture and is therefore suspended, making way for Marco Storari.http://markting10.nl/ Andrea Pirlo returns from his rest and Giorgio Chiellini’s ban has expired, while Carlos Tevez and Fernando Llorente again lead the way. Daniel Osvaldo completed his loan move from Southampton on Friday, but is only in the stands tonight. Inter have not yet won a single game in 2014, as between Serie A and the Coppa Italia they amassed only two draws and three losses.http://markting10.nl/ JUVENTUS: Storari; Barzagli, Bonucci, Chiellini; Lichtsteiner, Vidal, Pirlo, Pogba, Asamoah; Tevez, Llorente Juventus bench: Rubinho, Vannucchi, Ogbonna, Caceres, Peluso, Padoin, Marchisio, Pepe, Isla, Vucinic, Giovinco INTER: Handanovic; Campagnaro, Rolando, Juan Jesus; Jonathan, Kuzmanovic, Kovacic, Taider, Nagatomo; Alvarez; Palacio Inter bench: Castellazzi, Carrizo, Zanetti, Andreolli, Icardi, Mudingayi, Botta, Milito, Ranocchia, Samuel, D’Ambrosiohttp://www.goal.com/en/results-standings/69/italy-serie-a/table?ICID=SP_TN_111 Condividi questo messaggio Link di questo messaggio Condividi su altri siti

The Colombian is still shaken from the experience and therefore not called up tonight, while Hernanes’ transfer paperwork hadn’t come through yet and Esteban Cambiasso was injured. Gianluigi Buffon sat out a ban after his red card in the 1-1 draw with Lazio, a result that ended Juve’s 12-match Serie A winning streak. The Nerazzurri were without a win in 2014, earning two draws and three defeats in all competition. Within three minutes a corner fell to Carlos Tevez, forcing Samir Handanovic into a stunning double save from point-blank range, then Giorgio Chiellini fired over under pressure. Zdravko Kuzmanovic received a yellow card for a very late sliding tackle on Arturo Vidal. The Juve pressure paid off, as Andrea Pirlo’s inspired ball over the top allowed Stephan Lichtsteiner to sprung the offside trap with a diving header into the far bottom corner. The Inter defence was caught completely wrong-footed.http://markting10.nl/ Paul Pogba blasted over the bar and Kuzmanovic narrowly avoided an own goal from a corner, while Tevez fired straight at Handanovic after a promising counter-attack. Inter had a great chance to equalise on 40 minutes when Mateo Kovacic burst forward and threaded through for Rodrigo Palacio, but La Trenza’s finish was over the bar. Moments later Handanovic had his gloves stung by a Kwadwo Asamoah scorcher. The goalkeeper also kept out Giorgio Chiellini, though play had been stopped for a handling offence.http://markting10.nl/ Juventus 1-0 Inter (Half-Time) Scorers: Lichtsteiner 16 (J) JUVENTUS: Storari; Barzagli, Bonucci, Chiellini; Lichtsteiner, Vidal, Pirlo, Pogba, Asamoah; Tevez, Llorente INTER: Handanovic; Campagnaro, Rolando, Juan Jesus; Jonathan, Kuzmanovic, Kovacic, Taider, Nagatomo; Alvarez; Palacio Ref: Rocchihttp://www.goal.com/en/results-standings/69/italy-serie-a/table?ICID=SP_TN_111 Condividi questo messaggio Link di questo messaggio Condividi su altri siti

Feb 2, 2014 The champions' 12-game winning run in the league was ended when they were held at Lazio last weekend, but normal service was resumed as they maintained their 100 record at Juventus Stadium in the Italian top flight.http://markting10.nl/ Stephan Lichtsteiner opened the scoring in the first half and fellow defender Giorgio Chiellini doubled Juve's lead just after the break as Inter were made to pay for some awful defending. The visitors' team coach was pelted by stones on the way to the ground and their miserable day continued as Arturo Vidal made the most of some more terrible defending to add a third goal. Rolando pulled one back for Inter, but it was too little, too late. With Roma's clash against Parma earlier on Sunday abandoned due to a waterlogged pitch, Antonio Conte's side were able to increase their advantage at the summit.http://markting10.nl/ Inter, on the other hand, are without a win in six games in all competitions and now sit sixth. New signing Pablo Daniel Osvaldo was not deemed fit enough to make his Juve debut, but Andrea Pirlo was restored to the starting line-up. Marco Storari replaced the suspended Gianluigi Buffon in goal and defender Chiellini returned from his ban. The formalities for Hernanes' move from Lazio were not completed in time for the midfielder to make his Inter bow, but Danilo D'Ambrosio - another new recruit - was among the substitutes.http://markting10.nl/ Juve should have taken the lead inside the opening two minutes, but Carlos Tevez spurned the opportunity to end his five-game goal drought. Inter were caught napping when Paul Pogba headed the ball into the penalty area and Samir Handanovic came to their rescue by somehow keeping out Tevez's left-foot volley and then bravely denying the Argentina striker following up. The home side were in front just 15 minutes in, though, as Pirlo picked out Lichtsteiner and the unmarked defender guided a header into the far corner.http://markting10.nl/ Inter missed a glorious chance to level before the break when Rodrigo Palacio fired over the crossbar following a swift counter-attack. Conte's charges gave themselves breathing space just two minutes into the second half when the impressive Pogba headed on and Chiellini capitalised on some hesitant defending to fire home with his right foot from close range. Palacio's frustration continued when he blazed over the bar and he was again made to pay when more dreadful defending resulted in Vidal finishing with his left foot after the busy Handanovic had kept out Pogba's effort 10 minutes into the second half.http://markting10.nl/ D'Ambrosio came on to make his debut three minutes later and Rolando pulled a goal back with a strike through a crowded penalty area 18 minutes from time. Palacio still had time to waste another chance, heading over despite being unmarked, and Conte brought Mirko Vucinic on to face the club he looked set to join in a swap deal with Fredy Guarin, with the striker forcing a finger-tip save from Handanovic as Juve secured another win.http://www.goal.com/en/results-standings/69/italy-serie-a/table?ICID=SP_TN_111 Condividi questo messaggio Link di questo messaggio Condividi su altri siti

Moments later Handanovic had his gloves stung by a Kwadwo Asamoah scorcher. The second half had barely started when Juventus doubled their lead. A Pirlo corner was cleared weakly by Yuto Nagatomo and knocked back in by Vidal and Pogba, where Chiellini eventually fired in from six yards.http://markting10.nl/ Ricky Alvarez rolled across only for Palacio to balloon over from nine yards, but Juventus added a third goal to their tally. Fernando Llorente turned Juan Jesus in the box on a throw-in, Pogba’s attempt was beaten away by Handanovic, but Vidal followed it up. Ex-Torino winger Danilo D’Ambrosio made his Nerazzurri debut and Andrea Barzagli went off injured. Juve were showboating with Pogba’s marvellous piece of skill shaking off a marker, then Tevez smartly pushed the ball round Rolando while running the other side to meet it again.http://markting10.nl/ Inter got themselves back into the game with just under 20 minutes left. A corner was not dealt with and Rolando’s angled drive went through a sea of legs to settle into the far bottom corner. The visitors suddenly seemed revived and from another set play Palacio’s shot was charged down, while Tevez blasted over from a Pirlo assist.http://markting10.nl/ Palacio was not having a good night and turned a great opportunity over the bar from Diego Milito’s knockdown. Rolando got on the end of another corner, but aimed it straight at Storari. Antonio Conte surprisingly chose to introduce Mirko Vucinic against the club he very nearly joined. He almost scored in stoppages, as Tevez sent him clear and the finish was deflected off Rolando to hit the base of the upright.http://markting10.nl/ JUVENTUS: Storari; Barzagli (Caceres 63), Bonucci, Chiellini; Lichtsteiner (Isla 82), Vidal, Pirlo, Pogba, Asamoah; Tevez, Llorente (Vucinic 86) INTER: Handanovic; Campagnaro, Rolando, Juan Jesus; Jonathan (D’Ambrosio 59), Kuzmanovic (Milito 55), Kovacic (Botta 67), Taider, Nagatomo; Alvarez; Palacio Ref: Rocchi http://www.goal.com/en/results-standings/69/italy-serie-a/table?ICID=SP_TN_111 Condividi questo messaggio Link di questo messaggio Condividi su altri siti

Though Rolando did managed a consolation for the Nerazzurri. The home side were first to threaten as Kwadwo Asamoah headed the ball back into the box from a corner, Carlos Tevez got on the end of it and it took a double save from Samir Handanovic to deny the Argentinian. Giorgio Chiellini fired over on the third attempt. Tensions between the sides were raised as Zdravko Kuzmanovic went sliding in late on Arturo Vidal, though the Serbian only received a yellow card.http://markting10.nl/ Inter had very little impact in the final third of the pitch with Juve dominating possession and territory, with the breakthrough coming on the 16th minute. Andrea Pirlo played a beautifully weighted ball over the top and Lichtsteiner ghosted behind the defence to head casually past an outstretched Handanovic. As the midway point of the first half came, the Nerazzurri were struggling to get out of their own half, and when they did, any chances were quickly snuffed out by a commanding Juve backline.http://markting10.nl/ With the first half coming to a close, Inter did have a guilt-edged chance on the counter-attack. A three on two situation developed and Mateo Kovacic sent Rodrigo Palacio clear on goal, but the Argentinian could only blast over the bar from close range. While at the other end Handanovic came to the rescue for Inter once more as he saved a long range Tevez effort, before Chiellini and Asamoah also tested the Slovenian stopper. Then moments into the second half Juve scored their second, this time Chiellini wasnt denied by the goalkeeper.http://markting10.nl/ A poor clearance from a corner by Yuto Nagatomo was poked back into the area and after a bounce off Paul Pogba, the Bianconeri captain was in the right place at the right time to smash the ball home from close range. Just nine minutes later it was three. Fernando Llorente knocked a throw-in down into the path of Pogba, whose shot was spilled by Handanovic into the path of the onrushing Vidal, who blasted the ball into the back of the net. The game receded into a lull with Antonio Conte’s men seemingly content with the result, and Inter unable to make any headway in the match.http://markting10.nl/ The Nerazzurri then claimed a consolation after a corner bobbled in the box and fell to Rolando who fired past an astonished Marco Storari. To their credit Inter did come out of their shells more, though more due to Juve sitting back, and did try to claw their way back into the game firing in a plethora of crosses, but Leonardo Bonucci and co. were rarely put in any danger. Palacio did have an excellent chance to get Inter’s second, but, unmarked and with a close range header, he ballooned over the bar.http://markting10.nl/ Inter piled on the pressure and Rolando forced Storari into an easy save, while at the other end Mirko Vucinic rattled the post in time added on. The result puts Juventus nine points clear of second-placed Roma, though the Bianconeri have played a game more. Meanwhile Inter slip to sixth position after being leapfrogged by Verona, who defeated Sassuolo earlier in the day.http://www.goal.com/en/results-standings/69/italy-serie-a/table?ICID=SP_TN_111 Condividi questo messaggio Link di questo messaggio Condividi su altri siti
